  • The method of calculation of efficiency of thermal secondary energoresursov without changing the aggregate state industrial wastewater

    The relevance of this article stems from the situation in the energy sector. For issues of a more efficient use of the thermal capacity of industrial wastewater this article describes the method of determining the efficiency of heat utilization of industrial wastewaters produced during the implementation of thermal processes of service enterprises, as secondary energy. Conducted system analysis of the technological regime cards washing clothes in order to identify the energy potential of wastewater. Based on the analysis of the conditions of production of thermal equipment is composed of a heat balance, thermal process equipment, the methods of determining the heat capacity of industrial wastewater and the amount of saved fuel by use of this energy potential. As the calculation of the financial cost of additional heat exchanger regenerative type, the use of which allows to implement a system of heat utilization of industrial waste water as the heating fluid.

  • Experimental installation for laboratory researches of galvanomekhanichesky sedimentation of zinc from flowing electrolyte on the restored surfaces of details of mobile equipment

    Improvement of technological process of galvanizing in flowing electrolyte without decrease in its reliability and quality of the received deposit can be carried out by carrying out anode etching of the processed surface directly in the main electrolyte of sedimentation. And, providing such conditions of anode etching at which, the details which are formed on a surface products of reactions easily are removed a channel of electrolyte is possible. For the purpose of identification of extent of influence of technology factors on anode dissolution of the processed surface it is necessary to conduct elektrokhikmichesky researches. The installation including electric was for this purpose developed and made and gidravklichesky speak rapidly. The Elektkrichesky part contains power-supply circuits of an electrolytic cell to the asymmetric variables odnopoluperiodno straightened, dvukhkpoluperiodno straightened by current and straightened by current with the lowered pulsation, and also a chain of heating of working electrolyte. The hydraulic scheme of experimental installation includes: the kisloktostoyky electric pump, pipelines, filters, the device for an electrolytic precipitation of coverings and a bathtub with electrolyte. Electrolyte in a cell moved by means of the electric pump. Giving changed in steps, due to change of diameter of the section through passage of the giving pipeline by means of replaceable inserts. The design allows: to increase the speed of a channel of electrolyte; to carry out activation of the cathode, using energy of a channel of electrolyte; to increase the accuracy of copying of the cathode the activating elements; to use higher density of current and to reduce power consumption of the device. Electrolyte, in the course of sedimentation, was constantly filtered. As filtering material used fiber glass. The filter if necessary it is possible to dismantle and wash out quickly. Such filtering element slightly interferes with a channel of electrolyte, is simple in service, is cheap and quite sufficient. Thus, the offered design of experimental installation allows to conduct necessary researches of process of sedimentation of a zinc electrodeposit for its improvement.

  • Imaging technology in problems function assessment

    Visualization analysis methods allow researchers to detect features at a glance, identify patterns and anomalies in large volumes of information. Value of medical imaging in health care is increasing, as it improves the efficiency of care and create a more comfortable environment for patients. Innovative imaging technologies allow earlier and more accurately diagnose diseases, treat them more purposefully through more benign methods, and carefully monitor the results of treatment. This paper discusses the use of different imaging techniques of experimental medical data (for example, studies of the physiological characteristics of patients with various forms of asthma) . Novelty of this work is to use an integrated approach to solving the problem of state visualization of biological objects. Results of application of various technologies of visualization of medical data on the example of an assessment of dynamics of a condition of patients by bronchial asthma as a result audiovisual stimulation of a brain are presented.

  • Thermal analysis of a matrix converter bidirectional switch using finite element method

    Nowadays, the main way to improve power density is increasing the junction temperature of semiconductor devices and as a result, increasing the temperature of the heat sink. This results in a lower efficiency due to the high temperature caused by increasing power losses. To solve this problem, it’s possible to develop the heat sink for a specific system, or to optimize existing heat sink profiles. This paper presents an FEM-analysis describing thermal behavior of a bidirectional switch used in a direct matrix converter.

  • Multilevel system of distributed control smart grid

    Recently becoming urgent problem of managing distributed processes of production, transmission and consumption of energy.   • Sodium hypochlorite for drinking water supply in rural areas: the project for regional power.

    Production of sodium hypochlorite as disinfectant agents to clean water, suitable to be deployed on the basis of a thermal power plant or nuclear power plant. Power plant-manufacturer GHN can profit from its implementation. The proposed scheme will facilitate rapid and efficient transfer of rural water supply in an environmentally and safer water treatment technology.

  • Model for the study of reinforced concrete slabs punching columns when heated

    A comparative analysis of the results of numerical studies of the shear strength of the two most common models fragment joint compound reinforced concrete floor slab with a column of monolithic buildings with punching and heating. Simulation of stress-strain state of concrete samples conducted in LIRA 9.6 R9 with various combinations of loads and effects in the nonlinear formulation to study the processes of their destruction. Revealed new features of the stress-strain state of reinforced concrete monolithic buildings with bezrigelnym frame with an alternative design scheme that reflects the true picture of loading plate and corresponds to the method of Eurocode 2.

  • The main moment of forces of resistance in the gasdynamic bearing with spiral flutes

    In this article the author considers the gasdynamic bearing with the spiral flutes which active zone is formed by two close located firm surfaces, on one of which spiral microflutes are executed. The oblique-angled system of coordinates consisting of logarithmic spirals and circles is entered. For each dyad a flute crossing point values of powers of viscous friction were received and further their main moment of resistance concerning a bearing axis is calculated, expression for the main moment of forces of resistance is found in a smooth layer. In work the algorithm, allowing to calculate the main moment of powers of the viscous friction developing in a lubricant layer of the gasdynamic bearing with spiral flutes is received.

  • Methodology to evaluate the production of electric power systems

    To date, questions the reliability and continuity of electrical energy production facilities are among the most urgent , due to the transition generation companies into private hands and aggravate financial, economic and industrial- technological challenges : depreciation and obsolescence of equipment, lack of investment and other factors, influencing the power producers .
    The article discusses the various valuation techniques of industrial enterprises and industrial complexes electricity . On the basis of their proposed universal method of estimating production complexes electricity , which is divided into 6 groups and includes weights . The article noted that the proposed method of estimating the weight of electric power systems operation has several advantages compared with the methods of other authors.

  • To the theory of dispensing of seeds the pneumatic sowing apparatus of an overpressure

    The basic virtue of the sowing apparatus of an overpressure is possibility of conducting of sowing on the big speeds and with high uniformity of dispensing of seeds. But the processes occurring in the sowing apparatus of an overpressure at dispensing of seeds, are insufficiently studied. In the article one of stages of process of dispensing by the overpressure sowing apparatus - transportation of a unit seed by dosing elements of a seed disc is observed. The forces acting on a seed in the course of transportation with a dosing element of a seed disc are defined. The gravity, centrifugal force, force of air drag and pressure force of air refers to to them. The scheme of forces is presented. As a consequence of theoretical research dependence of magnitude of an overpressure in the seed vessel from key parameters of work of the sowing apparatus of an overpressure has been defined. Graphs of theoretical dependence of pressure in the seed vessel from diameter of holes and a seed disc angle of rotation are built. The analysis of the gained results allows to draw following conclusions. The increase in diameter of holes of dosing elements of a seed disc leads to considerable decrease of the pressure necessary for transportation of a seed. At increase in an angular velocity of a seed disc pressure necessary for the secured transportation of a seed is augmented. The increase in an angle of rotation of a seed disc puts insignificant agency on pressure in the apparatus seed vessel.

    In the article results of theoretical researches of the rotor scatterer of fertilizers are resulted. For elimination of adverse conditions shock interactings of particles of fertilizers with rotor vanes, possibility of application of curvilinear vanes is observed. The forces acting on a particle which moves on a curvilinear vane are justified. Schemes of act of forces and the scheme of interacting of particles of fertilizers with a curvilinear vane taking into account width of a torrent are presented. The transcendental equation numerical solution on a method the Runge-Kutty is resulted. The analysis of dependences of the kinematic operating modes of the scattering apparatus from design parametres of a curvilinear vane is carried out. The time of interacting of a particle of fertilizer with a surface of a vane taking into account its curvature and a slope is defined. Conclusions are drawn on possibility of lowering of crushing of particles of fertilizers at the expense of blow decrease in a normal direction.

  • Calculation of coefficient of operating conditions of pipelines of the West Siberian region.

    Calculation of coefficient of operating conditions of the pipeline is presented in article for the West Siberian region. Dependence of service life of the pipeline on this coefficient is presented. The data of samples witnesses received in laboratory of nondestructive control, confirming relevance of this subject are provided.
