The main architectural landmark of the city of Nalchik, the capital of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, is the building of the Sosruko complex, distinguished by its unusual architecture and built in the 70s of the 20th century. The authors of the article turned to the symbol of the city because it is 55 years old and is a unique architectural ensemble. Sosruko is a wonderful monument of brutalist architecture that is visible from every corner of the city. This is evidenced by well-deserved awards and prizes for the originality of the design. Thanks to such buildings, which influence the image of the city, the architecture of the native land will not be the same and faceless. In our time, talented builders and architects should raise issues of preserving architectural heritage, and also remember the best works of architects who have made an invaluable contribution to the development of the construction industry of the Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria.

Expert work has been carried out to determine the causes of the low adhesion strength of hand-molded ceramic bricks with Maxpol colored masonry mortar. The tests were carried out in accordance with GOST 24992 on 6 series of samples aged 7 and 28 days of hardening. The adhesion strength in the series of tested samples at 7 days of age, which were washed with running water, is 54% higher compared to the samples that were not treated. The compressive strength of Maxpol colored masonry mortar meets the requirements of technical specifications 23.64.10-001-79211444-2017 . The adhesion strength in the masonry meets the requirements of technical specifications only in a series of hand-molded bricks that have been treated with running water at the age of 28 days.

Technological pipelines of compressor stations are one of the significant types of basic equipment that ensures uninterrupted operation during gas transportation. In this article, we paid special attention to the issue of safe operation of the pipeline strapping of the gas treatment plant for transportation, which is designed to dry gas to the required parameters required by consumers and is one of the main technological units of the compressor station. During the operation of the adsorber lines with "hot" and "cold" gases, the pipelines of the regeneration line are subjected to high variable temperature loads. Thus, the operating organization faces the problem of ensuring sufficient compensation for the linear expansion of technological pipelines during their periodic heating. The calculation of the service life of the piping and its stability with a matched axial bellows compensator has been performed. Various solutions to the reliability problems of these compressor station components are considered and analyzed. It is concluded that it is necessary to update the regulatory design framework and introduce continuous technical monitoring methods into the operated facilities.

Reliable and safe operation of oil and gas pipelines in the conditions of the Far North and Siberia is an urgent task facing the Russian Federation. It has the most important economic and strategic importance. The climatic and geological conditions of these regions suggest a high degree of risk associated largely with seasonal temperature fluctuations and oil pumping technologies, leading to freezing or thawing of the soil, the appearance of thawed permafrost waters. The purpose of our study was to analyze the influence of extreme natural and operational conditions on the design and spatial position of pipelines during the operation of the section of the CPS-2 - NPS Urengoyskaya highway. It was found out that the studied section of the oil pipeline has a predisposition to failures due to unfavorable conditions: meltwater, heaving soils, swampy territory. Technological calculations allowed us to conclude that at this stage the pipeline route meets all the conditions of strength and stability, i.e. the reliability of the pipeline is ensured.

Frequency multiplexing (OFDM) methods have become the main basis for most outbred systems. These methods have also found application in modern systems of low-orbit satellite Internet (LOSIS). For example, the StarLink system uses OFDM transmission systems that use a signal frame consisting of 52 channels to transmit data. One way to increase the data rate in OFDM is to replace the Fourier transform (FT) with a faster orthogonal transform. As such, the modified wavelet transform (MWT) of Haar was chosen. The Haar MVP allows to reduce the number of arithmetic operations during the orthogonal signal transformation in comparison with the PF. The use of integer algebraic systems, such as Galois fields and modular residue class codes (MCCR), makes it possible to increase the speed of a computing device that performs orthogonal transformations of signals. Obviously, the transition to new algebraic systems should lead to changes in the structure of OFDM systems. Therefore, the development of structural models of an OFDM transmission system using the Haar MWP in the Galois field and the ICCM is an urgent task. Therefore, the aim of the work is to develop structural models of wireless OFDM systems using a modified integer discrete Haar transform, which can reduce the execution time of the orthogonal signal transformation. And this, in turn, will lead to an increase in the data transfer rate in the SNSI.

This article describes the first stage of the research work on the development of an FPGA-based camera for vehicle identification tasks, which are widely used in automated weight and size control points. Since the FPGA is an alternative to conventional processors, which features the ability to perform multiple tasks in parallel, an FPGA-equipped camera will be able to perform the functions of detecting and identifying vehicles at the same time. Thus, the camera will not only transmit the image, but also transmit the result of processing for problem-oriented control systems, decision-making and optimization of data flow processing, after which the server will only need to confirm or deny the results of the camera, which will significantly reduce the image processing time from all automated points of weight and size control. In the course of development, a simple VGA port board, a static image program for displaying it on a monitor in 640x480 resolution, and a pixel counter program were implemented. EP4CE6E22C8 is used as FPGA, the power of which is more than enough to achieve the result.

This article explores the LTE-R group, in which the OFDM system has a special place, and considers the possibility of developing new methods for detecting error-correcting coding to test high data transmission under rate estimation conditions. The problems associated with the transmission of large amounts of information in conditions of high speed of movement of trains and the volatility of the environment are considered, as well as the features of interference associated with the railway infrastructure. As noise-immune codes, modular codes are used, which, unlike criminal BCH codes, are arithmetic.

The provisions on the choice of vehicles for the transportation of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures are considered. Transportation can be carried out using general-purpose and specialized vehicles. The existing rules for loading onto road transport are aimed at eliminating the formation of defects in structures. For loading onto vehicles in structures, various devices for slinging are used - mounting loops, holes, or other elements provided for by working drawings for specific structures. Ensuring the safety of transported structures is possible only when studying the complex system "road - vehicle - transported structures". Factors that should be taken into account when calculating for transport effects: type of product (columns, slabs, panels, etc.) and its design features; type of vehicle (column carrier, panel carrier, etc.) with its characteristics; type of road and speed of transportation.
